How To Leverage Your Ebook Income

A common product to many marketing offers is an ebook, but not all ebooks are created equal. Once an ebook is written it can be sold or given away to promote another product or product line. Content can be written by you, or written by a ghostwriter for you, or you can purchase private label rights [PLR] on an existing ebook that you can modify, re-title and re-brand.

Ebooks are a good way to add value to a promotion. If you have written a new ebook then you can pick up some PLR ebooks to complement and increase the value of your offer.

Many of the ebooks bundled with promotions deliver content in ways that leave room for significant improvement. For example, some of the obvious features of a book are table of contents, headers or footers with page numbers, chapters with titles and sometimes sub-titles. If any of these hallmarks are missing from an ebook, then it can be improved.

If your product is too short to include the main traits of a book listed above, the terms booklet, report, or special report can be just as effective for promotion. Conversely, you can abstract content from PLR books or articles to supplement your project.

Although professional software and its use are essential to competitive advantage, it is not that expensive to hire a professional to package for you. Both money and time can be saved with a bit of planning to optimize your ebook profit potential. For the same price of some ebooks, you can purchase your own ebook income generator package from h4h.biz. The difference is how and how much money is returned to you on your investment.

As a professional packager I am always upgrading my software and skills. Like anyone who wants to earn income, there is a learning curve to the tools of the trade. On the internet, it includes the hardware, software, and skills in their use that determines how well your business performs in your market niche or sub-niche. Although software is a common denominator, how it is used is as different as the people using it.

There are a many good reasons to hire someone else to do a job better, sooner, or just get it done. For example, I am not a bookkeeper but I do have the same software as my bookkeeper. I know enough about using it to generate reports, but the rest I pay her to do. On the other hand, Im a graphics specialist that uses most of the professional software on a daily basis. I manage my projects by sub-contracting surplus work to freelancers. This enables me to do as much work that comes my way while managing continual development of my business systems.

In my experience it is important to learn as much as you feel comfortable with about the tools of the trade because even if you dont use them on a daily basis yourself, you place yourself in the position of being a well informed buyer that understands enough of the technical jargon to make an informed purchase.

When I taught at the Pre-Press Institute, I would break the learning curve into lecture, lab, and experience. The lecture was a combination of reading to prepare, then watching and interacting in a demonstration. The lab time was spent learning how to do-it-yourself with immediate feedback to questions as they were asked. I explained experience as the combination of learning to learn, practice without the lab feedback, and on-the-job feedback from colleagues or clients. I have adapted many features of this training model for internet delivery. It is now available by membership to my online project workspace. It is just a few clicks away.

The next part of this article is titled 7 Ways To Increase Ebook Income Potential, and is available by subscription to my free weekly Business Builder Report.

For, the convenience of such borrowers, the lending authority has provisioned the various lenders with online unsecured loans.

No need of keeping collateral, evades borrowers from property evaluation and that quickens the processing procedures of online unsecured loans. Therefore, these loans attest the special attention of those who are tenant or non-homeowners. Due to degrading credit scores, lenders make their lending steps with clarity and cautiously.

Amount raised by the lending authority under the online unsecured loans is 5, 000; however this amount can be further increased up to 25, 000 too. Borrowers invest the amount as they wish to. Home improvement and renovation, childrens higher education, for ones business infrastructural development etc., these loans contain wholesome lending package.

In order to get benefits from the online unsecured loans, lenders keep the repayment period shorter to other loans. Discover How Affiliates Earning $40,000+ Per Year

Like a gorilla on steroids, there is a powerful way to add profits to your bottom line -- and that's through actively participating in the "right" affiliate program. By "right" affiliate program, I mean the one that's right for you.

http://moreinfo247.com/8723322/free The best home business opportunity!

The affiliate program gets "no-risk" advertising (in most cases, they don't pay you unless one of your referred visitors makes a purchase),

With literally thousands of new affiliate programs having come online since my last article on this topic, I wanted to make sure that you don't make a mistake and waste your time and efforts promoting a program that will not generate the extra income you deserve.

So to help you choose the "right" affiliate program, I've put together a list of the seven critical questions you MUST ask to ensure you make the best choice and give yourself the greatest opportunity for success.

Question #1: Is the product or service offered for resale by the affiliate program something you would use and personally recommend?

First and foremost, the affiliate product you promote should be something that you truly believe in. It should be something that you would personally use yourself and be comfortable recommending to your best friend. Think of your role as a consultant who personally:

Researches products available in your specialty,

Objectively compares the product to its competitors,

Ensures that the one you choose to promote outperforms the competition by offering a major benefit,

And then "reports" your findings to your web site visitors and opt-in subscribers.

Your customers benefit by saving the time they would have taken to conduct their own research, by saving money, and by being offered the best solution for their purchasing dollars.

Look for products that offer exceptional value and unique benefits that potential buyers want but will not be able to find anywhere else. During your research, also watch for new product announcements. New products can bring in first-time buyers, previous purchasers who wish to upgrade, and owners of competitive products.

With literally thousands of programs to choose from, there's no reason for you to promote an affiliate product that you don't truly believe in. Money is a great motivator, but you should never let the lure of "quick cash" cloud your thinking. When you build your online business around the best interests of your customers, the money will follow.

Question #2: Does the affiliate product you are considering promoting "fit" with your web site's theme?

As you research various affiliate products, watch for those that fit closely with your existing web site's theme; any affiliate product you consider promoting should match the interests, needs, requirements, and budgets of your current customers and web site visitors.

For example, if you sell wild bird feeders, you could join an affiliate program that allows you to earn commissions promoting bird feed, books on identifying wild birds, audio recordings of birds, binoculars, and maybe even night vision goggles for late-night bird watching.

Question #3: Is the company reputable?

Your buyers are relying on you to make sure that every product and service you recommend will perform as promised. If you're considering joining a particular affiliate program, check to see how long the company has been in business and investigate them as thoroughly as you would any prospective business partner. See if they offer a "testimonials" page. Ask questions about their products in various industry newsgroups and bulletin boards.

When you recommend another company to your visitors, it's your reputation that's on the line. Ask yourself if associating with this affiliate program will enhance your reputation with your online community. If it won't, then you have a good reason to pass on the "opportunity." Your reputation is priceless. Only associate with the best in your industry.

Question #4: How good a job does the company web site do of selling their product?

As an affiliate, you will be referring your visitors and subscribers to the affiliate program's sales site. It is the other company's "job" to provide all the information a potential buyer needs to make an informed decision and then close the sale.

Your web site should not have to be a "sales site" for the affiliate product you're promoting. It should be enough for you just to get visitors interested with a personal recommendation that links visitors to the sales site. You may only need a simple paragraph stating something like...

Question #5: How are commissions paid?

There are a variety of tracking and payment systems that affiliate programs use to calculate your overall sales and commissions. So before you sign up, you'll want to make sure you have a thorough understanding of how -- and when -- you'll be paid. Factors to consider include...

a) How much commission will you earn on each sale?

Consider both the dollar amount and percentage of the sale price that you will receive. If it's a product that you'll sell high volumes of, a lower commission may be more acceptable than a high-priced product that you'll make few sales with. Look for products that you'll be able to sell in high volumes while earning a hefty percentage of the sale -- this is the ideal combination.

For example, here at IMC we pay our affiliates $65 for every sale of our #1 best-selling "Insider Secrets To Marketing Your Business On The Internet" course. That's over 30% of the total price...

and a huge chunk of our profits.

However, we're willing to pay our affiliates such high commissions because we recognize the "lifetime value" of our customers. Any affiliate program you join should recognize this, too.

b) Is the program one-tier or two-tier?

All affiliate programs are either one-tier or two-tier. With one-tier programs, you recommend the product to your customers, visitors, and subscribers, and earn a commission for each sale you refer.

With a two-tier program, you earn a commission on each sale you refer. However, you can ALSO recommend the affiliate program to your customers, visitors, and subscribers. Each person who signs up for the program through your referral becomes your "sub-affiliate" -- and you earn a commission on each sale they make!

For example, the IMC Affiliate Program is two-tier. If you joined our affiliate program and sold a copy of our "Insider Secrets" course, you would earn a $65 commission. If, as a result of your recommendation, a visitor to your site clicked through the affiliate link we give you and joined our affiliate program, they would become your "sub-affiliate." Each time one of your sub-affiliates sells a course, they earn a first-tier commission of $65, and you earn a second-tier commission of $20.

Obviously, the benefit of joining a two-tier affiliate program is that you have an opportunity to recommend the program to your customers and subscribers to earn some easy extra income on the sales they make.

c) Will you earn a one-time commission or residual income?

Affiliate programs that allow you to promote products that customers run out of, use up, or need to renew are frequently "residual income," which means you receive a commission every time the same customers come back to purchase more of the same product -- rather than just earning a commission on the initial sale.

Good examples of products or services that might be offered as residual income through affiliate programs are cleaning supplies, flowers, web site hosting, newsletter subscriptions, and dating site memberships.

Commissions from residual income products can really add up because on top of the "first-time sales" commissions you can earn each month, you can also earn more and more "residual" commissions as satisfied customers you referred come back to purchase more of the same product!

For example, "Secrets To Their Success" (the IMC private members' site that features interviews with successful online business owners) is offered through the IMC Affiliate Program as a "residual income" product. We pay our affiliates a residual commission of $6 per month for each new subscriber they refer for as long as that person remains a subscriber.

And while $6 might not seem like very much, when you do the math you will see that your commissions from a residual income program like this can snowball very quickly:

10 subscribers @ $6/month = $60/month OR $720/year
100 subscribers @ $6/month = $600/month OR $7,200/year
500 subscribers @ $6/month = $3,000/month OR $36,000/year
As you can see, the biggest benefit of residual income programs is the cumulative commissions you can earn. Once you've "sold" a first-time customer, you don't do any more work, but you continue to rake in the commissions for as long as that person remains a customer.

d) How much commission do you have to earn before the affiliate program issues you a check?

Many affiliate programs require you to have earned a set dollar figure in commissions before they will issue you a check. Obviously, printing and mailing checks is an expense for the company, so it makes sense that they may not want to issue you a check for only a few dollars. However, there are some programs that set this "minimum commission" figure extremely high ($100 and up), which means it can be months before you see your first check.

Before joining any program, find out the minimum amount that they'll issue a commission check for and how frequently your checks will be mailed. Make sure you're comfortable with these regulations. Ideally, you should look for programs that pay you monthly, no matter how much you've earned.

e) What currency is the check issued in?

This is an important question if you're considering joining an affiliate program based in a foreign country or if you want to be paid in a strong currency.

f) Can you check your sales statistics online?

g) Within what time period do your visitors have to make a purchase for you to be credited with the sale?

Ideally, your referrals will buy "on the spot" once they click through to your affiliate partner's site. Realistically though, many people hesitate to make a purchase until they have more information, more money, or feel more confident that the product or service is exactly what they are looking for.

To track the sales of those people who click through your affiliate link but don't purchase the first time they visit the affiliate program's site, you want to make sure the program you join uses "cookie" tracking.

"Cookies" are small files that, in this case, contain the unique affiliate identification number you should be given when you join a particular program. This cookie with your affiliate ID# is saved on the visitor's computer so that if they leave the affiliate program's site, but come back again later to buy, you will be credited with that sale.

Question #7: What advertising and promotional tools do they provide you with?

The affiliate program you join should not expect you to reinvent the wheel. They should have at least a handful of tools that you can use to promote their products like:

Banners
Text links
Classified ads
Product photos
Testimonials
Articles
Everything they provide you with should already be tested and proven to generate the highest click-throughs and sales, so you can immediately implement them and start earning top commissions. They should also provide some kind of training... or at least be willing to speak with you personally about how you might best promote their products in your newsletter or on your web site.

For example, if you'd like to see what a highly developed affiliate training program might look like, check out our IMC Affiliate Support Center at http://www.marketingtips.com/assoc/t.cgi/883561 Just sign up as an affiliate (don't worry, it's free to join and you're under no obligation to do anything) and you'll receive the username and password you need to snoop around and check out the resources we provide our affiliates with.

Final Thoughts:

With so many great affiliate programs to choose from, with a little research you should have no trouble finding profitable affiliate products to promote and earn top commissions. Look for products and services that complement your existing product line, match the interests of your visitors, and offer exceptional value.

Only deal with reputable companies who are proud of their products, stand behind them, and will bend over backwards to please their customers. With the wide variety of commission pay plans available, choose one that offers an attractive incentive.

Lessons from Legacy: Life by Design Part 1

Creating a Unique and Original Life

In order to lead an original and unique life, we do have to think outside of the box and create our own rules and guidelines for accomplishment. The best among us always have done so. It is our privilege to observe and learn from the lessons these pioneers can teach us.

My great grandfather, the renowned American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, left just such a legacy. He never played by the rules, but instead established his own path and despite the many naysayers created architecture well ahead of its time. His designs still serve as an inspiration today. Many said he couldn't do what he in fact did. They said it wouldn't work, wouldn't stand the test of time, and would collapse. While many of his projects do undergo extensive renovation, the innovative concepts presented in such properties as Fallingwater and the S.C. Johnson Wax buildings are timeless and blazed a trail of originality.

Great grandfather was at the same time perpetually broke, often accepting bail outs from clients and indulging in his passion for collecting art rather than paying his debtors. His fondest saying is "Give me the luxuries of life and I will gladly do without the necessities." Of course, he didn't do without necessities, but what he found essential was far beyond what most people consider necessary. He lived a life apart and beyond his peers and even those closest to him. He lived a life of his own design.

What trail would you blaze if you made your own rules? What necessities would you give up to have the luxuries you most desire?

Making the Best Choices

We are each the sum total of the choices we have made to date. If we want a new reality, we have to make new choices. After all, the very definition of insanity is to do the same thing always and expect a different result. When we change our actions, we change our results. A perfect case in point is my Godmother, famed Hollywood costumer Edith Head. At age thirty she was teaching French to an all girls school in California, and because she had studied a semester abroad in Europe the school assumed she could also teach art. She in fact couldn't draw more than stick figures but took on the task. While looking in the paper one day, she saw a contest for drawing costumes for one of the major movie studios.

She wanted a change in career and boldly without permission "borrowed" some of her student's sketches and entered the contest. She won! When showing up on the first day and being asked to draw, she was found out, but her courage and presumption so captivated the costume designer that he took her on. The rest is history including 8 Oscars for costume design over a 50-year career. She lived a life of her own design.

What have you not pursued because you didn't have the skill set or the connections? Can you learn it? Who can help you?

Understanding Debt

On the surface, managing money seems like a pretty simple thing. You earn money, whether through a job, inheritance or lottery winnings; and you spend it on the things you need (or think you need). It sounds so simple, until you introduce debt into the picture. If you fail to live within your means and your expenses exceed your earnings, youll quickly find that there are ways to borrow money to make up for this disparity.

Debt is really a simple concept when you borrow money from another for whatever reason, you are in debt. And unless youre borrowing from a very generous friend, youll be required to pay back that debt at some point in time. Banks, credit card companies and other credit providers are unlikely to be as lenient. When you take on a debt, youll find that it comes with terms and conditions that govern its repayment, including the deadlines for making payments and details on your interest rate.

Understanding interest rates can get tricky with all the financial jargon of APR rates, compounding interest and so on. But on a simple level, interest is what the creditor charges to let you have access to all that money. After all, banks and credit companies arent just friendly businesses there to help you out their for-profit enterprises. In exchange for loaning you money, they expect to be paid back a certain percentage (your interest rate) on top of the original loan amount (called your principal). Thats why its so important to shop around to get the best interest rate possible a small percentage of a big debt can be a lot of money!

One of the most common instruments of debt comes in the form of a loan. A loan can either be secured to unsecured. If you have any assets, such as a house or a car, you may pledge these items as collateral to get a loan, meaning that youll turn over these assets to the credit issuer if you cant pay back your loan for any reason. This is referred to as a secured loan, since the creditor has a measure of security that theyll get their investment back. A loan is considered unsecured when the debtor does not pledge specific assets to the creditor as collateral.

Clearly, a secured loan is a safer choice for credit issuers. Often times, debtors who are able to secure their loans find better terms and interest rates, since the creditor has a means of collecting on any defaulted loan. However, having an unsecured loan doesn't mean that the debtor can renege on his or her debts. If a debtor fails to pay back the loans, the creditor can still file a case in court, requiring the debtor who has no cash to sell some of his assets to pay back the outstanding loan.

While debt can sound scary, theres nothing to worry about if you use it wisely. Building good credit from an early age by using debt responsibly can make a huge difference in the long run. But the temptation is always there to purchase more than you can afford to. Its easy to get in over your head so take the time to learn more about your finances and be smart about your money!

Good skills at the stress interview

Stress Interview is not a separated form of interviews, it is often an interlude between behavioral interview and case interview. The reason why we discuss it solely is just because the way of answer to this kind of interview question are not the same with other kinds of interviews.

In stress interview, stress is mainly from the difficulty of the question and constantly aggressive questioning of the interviewers. And these problems will accelerate your fear and tension like activators. The main purpose of stress interview is to remove what you prepared beforehand with your fear, look into your response under stress, and thus learn about your true character. However, the fact is that as long as prepared, you will be able to facing stress interview calmly. Bear in mind: there is no essential difference between stress interview and general interviews, just like the musical, pitch has not been changed, only the volume been increased.

Stress Interview tips

Stress interview always appears suddenly in the interview of other forms, and its purpose is to create stress on you deliberately and to find whether you can keep calm when you are under stress. If you can prepare for stress interview beforehand, also be aware of what is the time that interviewer will ask you some very challenging question, you will be able to feed back to interviewer with good response.

A common stress interview skill is set up traps for you: firstly asking you with very easy question in order to relax you, then seize a detailed with sequence questioning. Below is an example of possible interview questions within stress interview:

1. Are you able to work under stress? Simple answer or discussed in detail.

2. Please give us an example about you work with a team that faced stress from your experience.

3. Why do you think it will conduce stress? (Do not criticize your boss or collaborators friend).

4. What is the worst thing when you faced with stress? (Begin producing stress now)

5. Which transaction is not good for your colleagues whom also faced the stress at the same time? (This is inviting you to criticize them, Do not do it in any case!)

6. If you are a leader of the team, what could you do better than the truly leader? (Your specialty could be highlighted, still do not criticize others!)

7. What do you think that you have learned from it? (stress interview finished, Summery what you have learned would be good)

So as you can see at stress interview, if we are not carefully, or not prepared in advance, it is very likely to fall into the traps set by the interviewer. And if you prepared with right strategies, it should let you outstanding from the numerous candidates.

We summing up the strategy as "CAR" which could be used on the stress interview:

Confidence

You should know that the purpose of stress interviews not only review what you are answer to the questions, but mostly important is to observe your behave under stress, Therefore as interviewer put up a very challenging issue, you could pay more attention to behave as a self-confidence man, not only making your answer perfectly. Whatever the issue is, your should to be calm and confident, answer questions with your eye keep in touch with interviewer.

Ambiguous

There are lots of different between stress interview from traditional interviews, you should not give a directly answer to the questions at stress interview. At most case it could not to benefit you anything with directly answer. Since most of the question at stress interviews would be dealt with your shortcomings, so you have to link these shortcomings or deficiencies with your merits. For example, when you are asked what is your biggest weakness?, one possible answer is: "I have a lot of strengths which is also my weaknesses, because if not handled properly, then it will become a bit shortcomings. For example: my greatest advantage is I am a very objective man and not jump to conclusions at once, this is my advantage; But sometimes I will be over-cautious, could not believe my own intuitive judgment, this is also the greatest flaw." With such an answer, not only you answered the interviewer's questions, but also did not fall into his traps, as well as lay out your own merits and your self-confidence. Won one stroke.

Reflexive Question

Friendly ask the appropriate reflexive question is a very effective tip. After your statement finished, asking that "don't you think so" or "what do you think about" with very friendly tone, the action will make you behave as a confident man with calm attitude. But this technique must be using carefully: the first is natural, not to let interviewer feel that you are intentionally; The second is to ease the tone friendly.

To summarize, when your face to unexpected stress at stress interview, there is not need to be tensions, dealing with calm attitude and answer question skillfully, the trembling stress interview should let you become a winner of the opportunity.

The seven deadly sins include 1) Poor or non-existent business planning; 2) Lack of a strategic objective; 3) Lack of marketing strategies and tactics; 4) Management in the place of leadership; 5) Poor or non-existent systems; 6) Failure to utilize an appropriate leadership style; 7) Care and feeding of sacred cows. Business owners and executives who do not understand them, do not have experience with them and therefore do not appreciate their impact and significance often ignore these critical leadership issues.

Thirty-five years of building and operating small businesses has taught me that most small business problems are not money problems at all, and in fact money is just an indicator that much deeper issues are at play. Beware; the market is a wicked taskmaster, these seven deadly sins are like small doses of poison injected into your operation by the very marketplace you are trying to conquer, and they provide a slow painful death to the naive.

Here are the seven deadly sins in order of priority.

1) Poor Business Planning

Most small businesses do not have even a summary business plan, and of those that do, many are cookie cutter business plans built with the help of a piece of software. At a minimum a business plan should have an executive summary; a company overview with company history and its current status; the companies strategic objective; a description of the companies products and services; a list of the companies intellectual properties including patents, copyrights, trademarks, processes and know-how; a market analysis; a competitive analysis, which includes competitors and their market position, and their strengths and weaknesses; a marketing plan, which includes your marketing strategy, product strategy, sales strategy, and pricing strategy; your customer service plan; sales projections by product, in units, for at least three years; and finally a set of financials which include projected income and balance sheets with a Performa sales forecast.

Here are some other important suggestions and facts related to business planning:

Less than a third of small business startups have a business plan

A business plan does not have to be incredibly detailed for operational purposes

It should be a work in progress updated on a periodic basis

Particular attention should be paid to the marketing plan

A business plan is part of the first fifteen percent of the business development process which will assure the last eight-five percent will go smoothly

The executive summary should be written last, after the rest of the plan is in view.

2) Lack of Strategic Objectives

A business strategy is made up of carefully crafted words making up templates, which in turn act as filters through which all planning, tactics and decisions are passed through before implementation. A strategic objective is therefore, a business strategy developed to guide an organization in meeting business objectives. A strategic objective is developed from the owners vision, passion, core competencies and values for the business. Contact Emerald Business Services or go to our website for a worksheet you can use to develop these critical business development tools.

3) Lack of Marketing Strategies and Tactics

Marketing strategies govern the development of tactics, which in turn provide the actions items contained within your planning process. The most important aspect of your marketing plan is the development of promotion strategies and tactics, which feed your promotion planning and provide you with sales forecasting data. The promotion plan should also detail costs and anticipated unit volume so you can set priorities and provide sales forecasting data.

4) Management in the Place of Leadership

So why is leadership so important in growing a business? Because leadership is about doing the right things, management is about doing things right . In many ways, it is leadership that will grow your business from a sales and a stability perspective, and management that will make, or keep it profitable. Also, consider that the best companies focus ninety percent of their attention on external issues, not internally , leadership is primarily a focus on the external issues.

5) Poor or non-existent Systems

Most people think of computer systems when they hear the word system. But in the since it is used here it means all systems, including the system you use for selecting the right employee, for decision making within a department and so on. One of the more telling statistics in this area is the fact that ninety-four percent of all task or project failures are system failures2. Some of the more common reasons for system failure include:

Islands of automation verses integrated systems

Absent or non-existent policies, procedures and user manuals

Poor training.

6) Lack of Development of Leadership Style

Developing leadership ability has a lot to do with understanding the type of leadership required at different stages of your companys development. There are at least six different leadership styles identified to be effective at different stages of a companys development including; Visionary; Coaching; Affiliative; Democratic; Pacesetting; and Commanding . Understanding which leadership style to employ has been found to significantly increase the effectiveness, growth and heath of the companies in which leaders utilized multiple styles. Just as important is the understanding of what a leaders personal profile is. Armed with these vital bits of information a leader is equipped to pursue the right leadership style for the task at hand.

7) Care and Feeding of Sacred Cows

I do not have a statistic on the amount of money, time and energy expended on the sacred cows lurking in American businesses, but it has to be staggering. This list details some of the types of sacred cows you can look for in your business.

The way we have always done it

The product or service you keep pouring money into because you just know it will take off and be your future, (these are almost never accompanied by market research or even a promotional plan)

Resistance to growth through change

Idleness within the ranks, some experts believe ten percent of the poorest performing people should be let go each year to make room for people with fresh insights and ideas

The company airplane, automobiles, and other perks, which drain company recourses

The dead weight relatives and friends of the family who would be better off elsewhere, act as distractions, and add nothing to your bottom line

The expert that no one can live with, who holds a noose around the companies neck in the form of some expertise or an unwritten code of loyalty.

You could call this business 101, however, most of the issues developed in this paper are rarely taught in schools, much less heeded. These seven deadly sins can impede your companys ability to successfully navigate through the turbulent waters of business development. If you do not understand all the issues summarized in this paper, do the research; find a business advisor to help you navigate these storms , you owe it to yourself, your business and the people who count on you.

Conquering the devil in the details is what management is about, concurring the seven deadly sins of small business is what leadership is all about. The beauty of developing top-level leadership skills is that there is no downside, only opportunity for growth in both your business and your personal development. Leadership is what the entrepreneurial spirit is all about.

Develop your business plan, establish strategic objectives, establish marketing strategies and tactics, lead, build effective systems, utilize more than one leadership style and kill the sacred cows in your business, it might be the only thing that keeps you and your company from becoming another dreadful statistic.

Palmistry - The Thumb

Thumb in a way, represents the whole hand. Hence more importance is attached to the thumb than it is given to the lines in the palm. The thumb reveals the whole identity of the individual to the palm reader. The thumb is considered as the root of the whole hand. The thumb is considered as the center of the will-power. It is formed by 2 pieces of bones. The first phalange of the thumb indicates logic and the phalange containing the nail indicates will-power.

According to medical sciences, no harm is done for the individual if the four fingers are cut off. But if the thumb is torn and there is profuse bleeding then the person might go insane and even results in his death.

Parts of the thumb

First phalange of the thumb

If the first phalange of the thumb is very long, then such a person is self-willed while he has less desire to work if the thumb is shorter. Such persons are weak-willed. If the fore part of the thumb is square, the person is clever in legal matters and is respected for his acts of justice. He is very obstinate if the fore part of the thumb is wide. If the forepart of the thumb is extraordinarily long then such a person is a murderer or a dacoit or remain engrossed in anti-social activities.

The Second Phalange of the Thumb

Persons whose second phalange is long, are clever, careful and a take a lead in social activities. They are held in high esteem by the society. If the phalange is short, the person works without any forethought. He works in acts of dangerous magnitude. If this phalange is clumsy, then he is devoid of the power of reasoning. If this phalange is depressed then the person's mind is sharp and sensitive.

Third part of thumb or Place of Venus

The third part of the thumb is not a phalange, instead it the place of Venus. A person who has this part more prominent, elegant with a pink tinge is well-advanced in love matters. They gain full popularity among friends. They succeed in life and smile under difficulties as well. If the mount of Venus is very protruded, then the person would be sexually immoral. If this part is less prominent or submerged with more than necessary lines then the person would be having a frustrated temperament.

Different types of thumbs

Long Thumb - Such persons are self-willed, self -dependent and control others. In their lives intelligence has more importance and they are called intellectuals, and they are especially interested in mathematics and engineering.

Short Thumb- Such persons do not work with their own mind instead do so at the influence of others. Emotions have prominent place in their lives than intelligence. They take special interest in poetry, painting or music.

Hard Thumb- Such persons ae obstinate and alert. They possess the capacity to keep anything to themselves. They are wanting in emotions in their lives and they mostly work on the strength of intelligence.

Flexible and Supple Thumb- A person with such a thumb is much interested in amassing wealth and is capable of adjusting according to circumstances.

Obtuse-angled thumb- If the thumb makes an obtuse angle with the index finger then it comes under this category. Such thumbs are well-formed, long and thin. They are called gentle thumbs. Persons having such thumbs are gentle and sweet-tempered. They are Artists and Musicians.

Right-angled thumb- These are those thumbs which form a right angle with the index finger. These thumbs are elegant, strong and appear like pillars. Such a person believes in hard work. They are short-tempered but quickly cool off. They stick to their words. The feeling of revenge is very strong in them. Such persons can be neither good friends not good enemies.

Acute- Angled Thumb- Thumbs which make an acute angle at the joint with the index finger come under this category. The length of such thumbs are comparatively smaller and look clumsy. Such thumbs are classed as of evil quality.

Persons with this kind of thumb are frustrated throughout their lives. They are very lazy. They do not complete any work. They remain in bad habits with lavish spending. They are less interested in religion and are more inclined towards ghosts, spirits and the like.

They are always attracted towards the other women in life.

Brand Yourself And Success Will Come!

The internet is growing daily with folk who are looking for ways to earn a comfortable living from their home base. However, the sad truth is many online business owners never make a profit online! Sadly, even in today's online market, many business owners have no idea how to effectively market their internet business. In addition, they don't understand the importance of "branding" their name to build a quality online presence and reputation.

To welcome online success, "branding you" should be the number one online business owners' priority. When beginning an online Internet career, it is detrimental to online longevity that the online promoter cultivate a squeaky clean image.

Many online business owners tarnish their name, by promoting worthless downloadable software and eBooks. It is a good idea to test-drive any eBook or software package before you decide to promote the product as an affiliate marketer. It's not an intelligent idea to promote worthless products to your opt-in list, so be careful what you endorse online.

Another way you can ruin your branded name and good reputation is opportunity jumping or program hopping. To highlight this point, I will talk about only five popular online business programs that are heavily promoted online. The programs are Perfect Wealth Formula, edc Gold, Passport to Wealth, Wealth Magnet System and Roadmap to Riches.

Lets go back a few months to when Passport to Wealth launched in February 2007. Since February I have seen the same top earners, jump from (1) edc Gold to (2) Passport to Wealth to (3) Perfect Wealth Formula to (4) Wealth Magnet System and now to (5) Roadmap to Riches. What a great way to earn instant cash daily! Now. I am not saying, that all these business opportunity promoters are all tarred with the same brush, but in amongst this group of business promoters are a few bad eggs, that like nothing more than to take your hard earned money and thereafter never return your emails or phone calls.

The good news is it doesn't take long before the online internet community, catches onto these dirty quick cash generating tricks and unlike the offline business world, this type of underhanded home business owner can't move to another state or country, and start all over again!

To profit quickly on the net, firstly brand and protect your name. Next make sure you do your research and only promote quality products. To explode your success online, in your first year, it is a good idea to find yourself a personal eCoach to educate yourself in online advertising and marketing methods.

To conclude, every new internet business promoter should understand that online marketing success doesn't happen overnight; sometimes it can take 2-3 years to build a successful online presence. I believe, perseverance is the key to success, with any Internet business and online marketing endeavour.

Businesses Benefit from Leadership Programs

If you are planning to build a wonderful career, maybe you should first go through some preliminary training. Nowadays, there are very successful leadership programs being developed. Leadership programs will help you to acquire some very necessary skills. Leadership programs will give you the needed power to achieve the best both in your career as well as in your personal life. Leadership programs will be the management-training program you are looking for. As well as good professional training, they will help you gain self-confidence and self-respect, things that are very helpful in your private life. These programs are undoubtedly a very effective way to gain the assurances that you will need to be ready for a prosperous career and life.

I know from experience that a leadership program can easily improve and perfect a person because I have been teaching leadership courses for years. If you go to a leadership program with the right attitude, confident that you desire success, you will become a perfectly changed person. Naturally, there are people who challenge the necessity of the leadership programs. The success of the leadership programs depends usually on the way they are taught. As people who teach leadership programs are different, as different are the profits you can take from leadership programs. From young people to older, all of them make the best use of any type of leadership programs. You can choose between practically different leadership programs, although almost all of them have some fundamental elements in common.

One of the key components of all leadership programs is that they are aiming to build up abilities to work in a team. Some leadership programs even acquire this building of team-working abilities as the center of the whole leadership program. As an example, I will tell you that I have heard about leadership programs which center on the fulfilling of physical tasks as lifting every member of the group over a wall.

Of course, the point of this is not to gain muscle mass but to learn how to work as a team. This part of the leadership programs will teach you how to seek each members strengths and weaknesses. Leadership programs will teach you how to leave behind the egotism you have and to put all your strengths into the group work. This is probably the most important lesson that the future leader will learn from the leadership program.

The second fundamental component of leadership programs is that leadership programs usually tend to emphasize on self-confidence and self-esteem. A leader should be first of all self-confident. A leadership program has to teach you how to be convinced that everything you say is important. The leaders have not become leaders because they are more capable, or more intelligent than other people are. Surprisingly, it may turn out exactly the opposite thing. The leaders have become leaders because they more confidence than the other people to contend that what they say is important.

The Greatest Lie Ever Told: Everyone is Your Prospect!

Outdated network marketing ideologies (some people call them lies), have made failure a common destination for most network marketers in our industry.

The "everyone is your prospect" (and other tired theories), end up making you feel frustrated and incompetent, not to mention it sets you up for failure.

Why? Because you go out and try to "sell" your product or your business opportunity to everybody you come in contact contact with and then feel like a loser when people repeatedly tell you they're not interested!

Here's the reality: not everyone is a prospect for your business opportunity or product despite what you've been taught. Shocker huh?

Although your upline and in some cases, your company has drilled it into your head that everyone is a prospect for what you're marketing, you must keep in mind you're in business and not everyone wants what you're selling.

You must know that it's to your company's benefit for you to think that you have a huge market with wide-open arms just ready for your product. That's probably how they sold you on the opportunity - right?

Take for example the three foot rule. The three foot rule is an offshoot of the "everyone is your prospect" theory. This is where you find a catchy phrase to start a conversation with anyone and everyone who's unlucky enough to venture within three feet of you. The goal is to "work" your opportunity into the conversation. Don't you feel phony when you do this?

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with making small talk with strangers when you're out and about, but if your only reason for doing so is to get an "opening" to pitch your business, then its contrived. Besides, most people can sense when you're insincere and fake. Who do you think you're fooling?

Now, think about it. What kind of role-modeling are you showing for your potential prospect anyway? After you pitch them your opportunity, the first thing that comes into their mind is: will I have to go up to strange people in public places to recruit for my business too? I don't want to do that... this is not for me.

You are making your potential prospects even more resistant to your proposition with your actions and you don't even know it. But maybe you do, because the three foot rule and the other "lies" you've been practicing and believing in have not been working.

It's a reality that you feel awkward prospecting this way, but your upline says it's one of the "techniques" we use.

Your family hates taking you out in public places, like restaurants and stores, because they know you're going to launch into your network marketing spiel at any given moment. They're embarrassed and ashamed you work your business this way. You're like a lion on the prowl in the Serengeti!

The more you conduct yourself this way, the more you feel a lost of your dignity. You feel like a schmuck, like the creepy guy that sits alone in the back of a movie theatre watching a children's flick and talking to himself.

Despite what you've been told, not everyone is your prospect. That can never be! Some people are happy working a job. Some people are so fearful and distrustful of business people that they could never muster up the courage to become one of them. Some people don't like risk. Some people just aren't qualified to be their own boss.

By now, if you've done the three foot rule for any length of time, you know that it is not a good use of your time. In fact you are getting frustrated and angry that you have to resort to such tactics, but you feel you are obligated to use any wacky prospecting technique your upline comes up with.

If your upline told you to dress up as a clown complete with the big red nose and rainbow curly wig and go door to door prospecting, you'd do it because your upline told you it worked. You want to be teachable and trainable, so you do anything they tell you to do, much to your displeasure.

Around about now you are ready to quit. You've had enough of the "everyone is your prospect" lie and other lies. The reason you are not having much success is because...

You are not going after your target market! Your job is not to convince, bribe or convert anyone into having a business. Your job is to talk to people who are on the same page as you. In other words you want people who are actively seeking out a solution to their problem and you want them coming to you first.

When people seek you out, you are seen as an expert. When it's the other way around you are seen as a pest and a desperate one at that. Why would you want to waste valuable time trying to convince uninterested people of your opportunity or to try your product?

The reality is that if you keep believing the "lies" or the ineffective marketing techniques your upline is telling you to do, you will not have much success if any success at all.

If you want to have massive success you must go after your target market. I promise you that you will drastically reduce your chances of failure in this industry by doing so.

Affiliate Marketing: Making Money Finding Clients!

As a business owner, Bill had a good thing happening. He was able to run his store and run it well. He had customers that would even come from quite a ways away because they liked the products and the services that he provided. But, since he was only one person, he didn't want to really expand with other stores. He liked being able to go home to his family and not worry about a lot of other employees.

Yet, it would be nice to be able to get his product to others, wouldn't it? Bill knew he would have more customers if he could get his business online and then promote it. But, he knew nothing of how to do that. The last thing that he wanted to do was spend money advertising his company only to not make anything off of it.

Bill wanted to be able to retire one day and give his children the ability to have a business that was already stable so he decided to try his hand at developing a website. With a little help from his son, he learned that there were people out there that would work for him to promote his website. All he had to do was to hire them and only pay them when people came to the site to buy a product.

These affiliate marketers did all of the work for him. They brought people to his website where his products did all of the talking. And, he paid them for bringing the customers. Soon, they came back on their own and his business grew well beyond his hopes.

Fred was one of the affiliate marketers that worked with Bill. He created a website that was geared at promoting Bill's and made a good amount of income off of just this one site. He brought the customers and Bill paid him to do so.

Affiliate marketing is one of the most sought after types of internet marketing. For those that are looking to get in, the process is simple. Advertise for a company and bring clients to them. If it is just that simple, though, more people would be after this highly profitable game. In affiliate marketing of any type, there is some work that needs to be done to make it successful. For that reason, understanding just what affiliate marketing is and how it works is how you'll know if this is the right place for you to be in.

What Is Affiliate Marketing?

The job of an individual in this business is to promote web businesses like Bill's. The affiliate marketer is then rewarded for every visitor that is brought to the site because of what he did to promote it. You may be promoting for subscribers for services. You may be promoting for customers who will make purchases. Or, you may be compensated just for having the individuals make it to the right web page. In any case, affiliate marketing is set up to be that of a finder's fee situation because you are bringing new businesses to the client.

Some terms to know:

Affiliate: An affiliate is an individual that is affiliated with a company to help promote the company.

Marketing: Is the act of promoting a website or product.

Affiliate marketing: Promoting of a website, product or service through affiliates as opposed to paying for and placing the advertising yourself.

Affiliate marketer: An individual that does the marketing for the company.

Compensation for affiliate marketing ranges in how it is provided. There are three main types of payment structures available.

a. Pay Per Lead: In this scenario, the affiliate marketer is paid based on the individuals that they get to register or subscribe to the site's product or service.
b. Pay Per Click: In this method of compensation, the company will determine a set rate to pay based on each time that a new client visits the website.
c. Pay Per Sale: In this case, the affiliate marketer will be paid based on the amount of sales made from the purchase of a client that is attracted to the website. This is a commission based program.

The Benefits

From the aspect of being the affiliate marketer, you can make money virtually anytime of the day and night when your sales medium works. Whatever you do to make sure that the clients click through to the buyer's website, you'll be able to be compensated for that. Another benefit is the fact that there are many affiliate programs out there being run. Bill's small business is nothing compared to the larger companies out there. One of the largest that runs its own affiliate program is that of Amazon.com.

On the other hand, businesses like to use these set ups and are willing to provide the opportunity because nothing is paid for until it is realized. They pay only when you give them the results of clients to the site. Bill liked this, of course, because he knew he wasn't wasting his advertising dollars.

The Cons Of Affiliate Marketing

Like any other money making opportunity, it is important for you to understand that you may need to invest. Often, the affiliate marketer will need to invest in a website to attract visitors to and in advertising and marketing. For some individuals, the plan is to develop one website that is a launching pad for several affiliate marketing campaigns.

For example, if the affiliate marketer wishes to tap into the world of credit card affiliate programs, he or she will design a website that provides key information about credit cards. They will be able to link the website to the official websites of the credit card companies. By luring customers in with quality information on credit cards, the potential customer will click on the banner ads or links provided to take them to the official site to sign up.

But, affiliate marketing is not that simple. You will need to invest in providing good quality information. You will need to furnish your content yourself or hire a professional. Then, you'll need to get customers to your site. To do this, some affiliate marketers use search engine optimization and article directories while others pay to have their website listed as an advertiser on search pages.

Is There Money Out There?

It may seem that you are putting quite a bit of money into this business, but in fact, affiliate marketing can be a good way to make decent money. The amount can range from just a few dollars to quite a bit. It all comes from the knowledge that you have or obtain and the work and dedication you put into the task. Affiliate marketing has the potential to make a decent income. You help Bill and he pays you to do so. Both win in the game of affiliate marketing.

Make Your Money Work For You

Do you want to know the real truth about how to get wealthy? The answer is very simple. All you need to do is make your money work for you, instead of you having to work for your money.

Talk to all the people who have become wealthy and I bet theyll all tell you that they make their money work for them. They may not have started out with any money but they learned that if they were smart with what money they did earn they could make it work for them instead of the other way around. This rule does not discriminate. Every one has an equal chance to do this and it is never too late to start.

Why hasnt someone explained this to you before you ask? Why didnt you learn this at school? You are probably like the majority of people who went to school. You went to learn how to get a job and work for money for the rest of your life. Wouldnt you rather have been taught how to make your money work for you? Did any of your teachers show you how to do this. Not likely. They probably didnt know how to do it either.

You were probably told from a very early age to get a good education so that you could get a good job. This good job would assure you of a steady income for the rest of your life. If you were lucky, and got a really good job where you earned lots of money, then you might be able to save up enough money for the deposit on a house. Then you could spend the rest of your life paying off your mortgage and hopefully have a few dollars left to save for your retirement.

Did anyone tell you that by the time you get around to retiring, your savings probably wont go very far. Forget about a pension because there probably wont be one by the time you retire. Well, if thats the case then once you retire it wont be too hard to have to start scrimping and economizing as youve done that all your life anyway so you are well qualified. Your only worry now is that you hope that your money wont run out before you do.

Well before its too late, just how do you go about making your money work for you? Well there are dozens of ways you can do this. The first thing you need to do is find out from the experts how they do it. You need to be prepared to start educating yourself on the different options that are available out there.

Hints And Tips For Those Learning To Sing

Whether you are training your voice to join the ranks of professional singers or wish to cultivate your amateur talent, there are numerous aspects of singing to take into consideration. No matter how famous a singer is or how beautiful a voice, there will always be critical influences lurking in the shadows. They whisper about flat notes, put down song choices and even grimace at what a singer is wearing. All of these criticisms are fleeting.

It is up to the singer to learn from and embrace the good and the bad that comes with sharing his or her voice with the world. As long as you are confident and satisfied with your voice, the sky is the limit. Even the most popular vocalists of today have room for improvement.

When youve decided to embark on the path to develop your voice for singing, there is a certain level of respect regarding your craft to adhere to. As you enter the wonderful world of learning how to sing, there are many different concepts to embrace and aspects to consider when you are ready to take your potential to the next phase.

Choosing the Song That is Right For You

Although you may croon Frank Sinatra in the shower or hum Cher in the car, this doesnt mean their songs are the right ones for you to take on while developing your voice. When singing, your vocal capabilities will fall into a specific vocal range, which are based upon the sex of the singer and the tonal quality they have in their voice.

Females are deemed a soprano (highest vocal range), contralto (lowest singing voice) or mezzo-soprano, which sits between soprano and contralto. The highest vocal ranges for a man include soprano and alto, which is also a term used to express the lowest singing voice of a female. Males have a wider assortment of tones associated with the range of their voice.

A tenor has a high vocal range that enables the singer to reach dramatic high notes. In opera, this is one of the more popular ranges of voice. The lowest vocal range for a man is referred to as bass. Typically, men with deep-speaking voices accomplish this vocal range. In the middle, there is the baritone (a cross between bass and tenor) and bass-baritone (a cross between bass and baritone).

Knowing your vocal strengths and capabilities, as well as limitations, will help you choose the kind of songs that will bring out your natural talent. Surely, if you have a deep voice, you will not benefit from tackling high-pitched songs that torture and strain your vocal cords.

Caring For Your Voice

When you make it a habit to practice healthy voice techniques and care, you will experience an improvement in the quality of your voice. These habits also ensure that your voice will continue to function in top working condition for many years to come. Singers should drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day. This will keep the throat well hydrated. Proper breathing techniques will aid an individual in learning how to sing. Singers-in-training should avoid shouting, yelling and talking loud. All of these actions can lead to a hoarse voice, which affects your ability to sing.

Did you know that what you eat and drink affects your voice? Spicy foods weaken the throat, alcohol irritates the vocal cords and throat, even mouthwash contains irritating ingredients. Smoking cigarettes, as well as surrounding yourself with second-hand smoke, also causes breathing, throat and voice issues. As a rule of thumb, a healthy body creates a better atmosphere for a healthy voice.

Gaining Confidence Through Preparation

When you feel ready to share your singing talent with others, you may select an amateur performance night or create a demo. Preparing for this moment means that you have gone through all of the proper channels of training your voice. This means participating in singing exercises and voice training sessions, as well as visiting a voice coach or singing teacher. These are all ways to build up confidence in your singing. When enlisting the help of a professional, you will also benefit from constructive criticism.

Another way to gain confidence in your singing is to develop your ear. This will allow you to hone your craft as a singer by identifying when a note, tone or pitch is off. This will lead you to efficiently self-correct your voice if it should waver. Additional preparation techniques also involve practicing breathing exercises, phrases, vowel sounds and scales. Even the slightest effort towards preparation goes a long way and over time, you will strengthen and build your vocal capabilities.

Why Are You Singing?

When it comes to singing, there are many different reasons why an individual wishes to tackle this challenge. Perhaps, you have always had the pipes, but really didnt know how to control your talent. Maybe someone told you that you had a beautiful voice and you should pursue it as a career. You might even want to follow in the footsteps of a family member or person you admire.

Anyway you look at it, the best music comes from those who have passion for song. Singing should not be forced and if your heart is not into it, you might not last long in the business (if this is what you desire). There are also numerous styles of singing to choose from, including jazz, opera, pop, soul or theatre. You might want to experiment with a few if you already havent fallen in love with a particular genre.

By following healthy voice care, preparation and training, in no time, you should be singing to your hearts content, whether in front of peers, on a stage or still in the mirror.

Boost Your Affiliate Marketing Power with the "Site Stealer"

For those wanting to make a success of Affiliate Marketing, or make a break into this potentially-lucrative industry for the first time, a new offering from Harris Fellman could be for you. Site Stealer provides an insight into the world of SUCCESSFUL Affiliate Marketing, and focuses on the methods and practices that have been tried and tested, rather than the myryad failed attempts and wannabe campaigns.

It's no secret that Affiliate Marketing has brought great wealth and success to a priveleged group of entrepreneurs, but the truth is that many of those who try to carve an income for themselves fail very early on. Harris describes the types of people who make up this group in his first chapter. The fact is that many follow a path which is destined to fail, ignoring the methods that bring success, and instead trying to create their own business model from scratch. If it's not broke, why try to fix it? Harris explains in his 75-page eBook why "stealing" the ideas, methods and business model of the successful few (in a totally legal way) is the only way to succeed alongside them.

His methodology is structure across 5 levels, which can be implemented in order, and form a great blueprint for total beginners to follow:

Level 1 - The Easy Grab

This section deals with Headlines, finding the killer phrases that work, and attract the maximum number of potential buyers to your sales pages. There are a couple of great bonus packages here, which will help you to choose the Headlines that best fit your business or product, without infringing on anyone else's copyright.

Level 2 - Swipe and Run

Find which factors convert sales on other peoples sales pages, find out how to swipe the best ideas and make them your own with the minimum of fuss, and totally legally.

Level 3 - Knock Over the Whole Store

Harris describes the best existing Business Models and shows you how to simplify and mould them to your needs.

Level 4 - Make 'em give you the keys

Better than affiliate marketing, Harris shows you how to get paid instantly for your products, source the best products from elsewhere and claim them for your own.

Level 5 - Turn the Tables; You become The Boss

The untold secrets of how to harness Viral Power and accelerate your sales to new levels.

Aside of the sales speak, I found the Site Stealer to be a great insight into Affiliate Marketing. If this is the first thing you read on the subject, you will be saving yourself a lot of time, heartache, and expense. Many affiliate marketers buy product after product (ironically from the very same Marketers who use these methods) before finding the successful system that works for them. The Site Stealer applies to any and every business concept and product you can conceive of, and the price is more than manageable (just $37). A vast number of bonuses are included; some of which you will find useful, others you will never use, but all this adds up to a bargain product, for which I'm sure Harris could have charged much more.

Get your copy of the Site Stealer today at http://www.trendblogger.net/sitestealer.html , and start off on the only way to success in the world of affiliate marketing.

A City in the Palm of Your Hand

Palm City is a quiet town near I-95 that is mainly comprised of private and gated communities. In spite of its size, Palm City has a unique feel and atmosphere all its own. Everything is very relaxing and laid back, but there are plenty of summer-related activities. This makes Palm City the ideal place to rent a summer home, and there are styles of homes to fit every taste and budget, from waterfront villas and fancy apartments to more Spartan town homes, cabins, and lean-to-style-huts.

The nature of Palm City makes a lengthy stay more fruitful than a short stay. For one thing, it is in a perfect centralized location to be within striking distance of Orlando (and therefore, of course, Disney World, Universal Studios, and even the dreaded Epcot Center), as well as Palm Beach, and all its fancy restaurants and traditional South Florida attractions. Convenient location isnt all that makes Palm City worthwhile it is also a hotbed for traditional summer activities. Golf is very popular in this area (and elsewhere, Im told), with 36 holes of championship-caliber golf to be played. Tennis is likewise represented, and there are a number of beautiful parks brimming with potential recreational activities. Leighton Park, for example, is ideal not only for hiking, horseback riding, and disposing of unwanted medical waste, but also for picnics with the family, and access to the St. Lucie River. From these waterways, you can partake in Palm Citys legendary fishing. From either dockside or boat, you can catch snook, sea trout, mackerel, and grouper, amongst others.

Palm City is the ideal spot for a summer stay and what could match better with summer vacation than limos? Imagine relaxing all day in your villa in Palm City perhaps taking in a round of golf and then picnicking at Leighton Park, then catching a limo to nearby Stuart for a world-class dinner. A limousine from Millenium will provide you with comfort, luxury, and relaxation, as well as freedom from navigating unfamiliar territory during an excursion. Keep Palm City in mind as your vacation destination, and Millenium Limo as the company that will get you there.

Hold em Or Fold em: Tips On Managing Foreign Investments

A successful baseball manager knows when it is time to pull his starting pitcher out of the game and bring in his ace reliever. A good poker player knows when to get up and leave the table with his winnings after the cards start going against him. A top boxing trainer knows that sometimes it is better to throw in the towel and save his fighter for another night, rather than having him go on all 12 rounds and risk serious injury. In the world of sports, the top people know what to look for, and know the actions that need to be taken to give them the best chance for success.

The same holds true with investing and particularly in the area of foreign investing. Knowing when it is time to cash in your overseas investments is every bit as important as finding the right investments in the first place. The challenge, of course, comes from the fact that your foreign investments are affected by factors that, in many cases, your US investments are not. While it is certainly true that we live in an increasingly global economy, those trends and events that affect the New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ and specifically the companies that trade there will not necessarily have the same effects on the businesses you have invested in South America, Europe or Asia. In order to maximize the profits of your foreign investments, it is necessary to monitor a number of factors within the specific regions you are doing business in and take these factors into consideration when making the decision on whether to stay with an investment, or get out. These factors include:

Regional Economic Stability: Despite occasional fluctuations, and upward and downward turns, the American economy has been remarkably stable for years. While, as any Venture Capitalist can tell you, this certainly does not make investing in American companies a foolproof proposition, devastating, fast moving economic downturns in the over all US economy are few and, thankfully, far between. This is not necessarily the case worldwide. War, natural disasters, changes in a specific nations economic policy and in some areas even revolution all of these factors play a part in analyzing a regions economic stability. To protect your investments, it is necessary to be completely familiar with the area in which you have put your money, and keep a close eye on both regional economies and the local economies of the areas in which the businesses you have invested in are located. By watching the economic trends in a specific region closely during the entire length of your investment, it is often times possible to accurately assess exactly the right time to pull your money out for maximum profit.

Regional Political Stability and Policy: In the United States, every two years national elections are held which influence the direction the nation as a whole will go. But regardless of whether it is the Republicans or Democrats who win, the essential stability of our governmental structure and in most cases the nations foreign policies remains basically unchanged. This, however, is most certainly not the case in many other parts of the world where you might have your investments. One need look no further back than Hugo Chavezs election as President of Venezuela in 1998 and the disastrous effect his governments anti-American policies had on numerous investors in Venezuelan businesses to understand the dramatic effect the political stability of a nation can have on your investment dollars. While it is probable that you will have a country or region well researched before you invest in companies located there, it is also critical that you constantly monitor the political stability of that nation while your money is there. It is equally important to keep an eye on the region as a whole as, particularly in Latin America and the Middle East, changes in some of the larger, more powerful countries in the region can have a dramatic effect on the countries you may have your dollars invested in.

Regional and Multi-national Trends: What is hot in the United States is not necessarily going to be a best seller in Argentina, or in Germany, or in Singapore. Whether due to economic considerations on the part of customers or general taste and preference changes that are influenced on a national or cultural level, each unique area of the world has its own trends that need to be watched. This is particularly true in the area of consumer goods and manufacturing where what customers are interested in purchasing can often times change on a monthly or even weekly basis. While it is certainly not possible to predict what any given market will do every time, all the time, by carefully monitoring economic and cultural shifts in a given region and keeping a close eye on the purchasing trends in that region, you will give yourself a much better chance of getting your money out at the proper time to maximize profits.

The above examples are just three of the many factors that need to be taken into consideration when making the decision to stay with a foreign investment, or get out when you feel that the getting is good. While ultimately the decision on whether to stay or go will be based on your basic belief in a particular investments continuing viability and profitability, it is critical that you not only have access to the most up-to-date information across a broad spectrum of economic and social trends, but also either have or hire the expertise to analyze that information as it pertains to your specific investments. Overseas investing can be among the most profitable things you can do with your investment capital, but also one of the riskiest. The best way to minimize that risk is to make sure you have the tools to allow you to get out with your profits intact, and not stay in the game one inning too long.

Why Becoming A Myspace Whore Can Make You Money

Ok, its not exactly flattering to be called a whore, but who cares when youre making money, right?

Before you send me hate mail or report me to the local authorities, let me explain myself a bit further.

The term that Im referring to is myspace whore. If you havent heard it than I really do apologize for exposing you to such an inappropriate phrase, but if you know anything about Myspace.com, then you know that that quote is thrown around like tator tots in a food fight. However, the definition of myspace whore isnt as bad as it sounds. Basically, it refers to a member who has an enormous list of friends most of whom he or she has no personal relation with. In other words it means someone who likes to network with as many people as they can. Whether it be for their own reasons or what were going to be talking about...to make money.

You see, unless youve been living under a rock for the past couple of years, you probably know that Myspace has become the supernova of online social networking sites. Boasting an 80 million registered user database, Myspace has surpassed Google, MSN and AOL with its 38.4 million U.S. visitors this past year.

So what does that all mean to the internet marketer...everything!

Imagine advertising your product or an affiliates product to 80 million potential customers. Imagine breaking that 80 million down by demographic region, age, sex, ethnic background, relationship status, hair color...get the picture. I dont know of many other places that can produce such a huge number of targeted traffic for absolutely zero dollars, and there are plenty of channels by which to advertise.

Blogs
Forums
Bulletins
Newsletters
Classifieds
Friends
Groups

Like I said before, not bad for a website that can generate all that traffic for free!

I think the toughest part of your endeavor is going to be
